Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
We’re actively working to expand internationally!
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping methods & delivery
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Orders are fulfilled via USPS or FedEx, depending on location and availability. Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after processing. Expedited shipping is available at checkout, with delivery typically within 2–3 business days after processing.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@geneiii.com
Incorrect shipping information
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. GeneIII is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist before fulfillment.
Delays, lost, or stolen packages
Once shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier and may be subject to delays outside of our control (e.g., weather conditions, high shipping volume during holiday season, etc). GeneIII is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll assist with an investigation.
Order changes & cancellations
Orders are processed quickly and cannot be modified or canceled once submitted. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before fulfillment.
Returns Policy
We currently offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase.
To be eligible:
- The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the order date
- Is limited to one (1) opened unit per product, per customer
- This satisfaction guarantee applies to products purchased directly from www.geneiii.com

Refund process
To request a refund, email us at hello@geneiii.com with your order number and reason for the request. If your request is approved, we’ll provide next steps. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Please note: We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse or abuse.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
